Cedar Point is the perfect location for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or luncheon. Our Clubhouse can accommodate up to 200 people for a large cocktail-style reception or your smallest intimate gathering during the daytime hours or evening hours. The clubhouse and surrounding greens are available with a breathtaking view of the Nansemond River. We can also accommodate larger parties under tents on the event lawn overlooking the river.

Hub 757 is a state-of-the-art 28,000-square-foot multi-purpose venue offering flexible function space for a variety of events. Weddings and receptions, banquets, concerts, meetings, parties – the possibilities are endless!

Hub 757 features an urban chic, industrial atmosphere capable of accommodating all types of events—from 10 to 1,000 guests. The largest room, the auditorium, can seat up to 1,000 guests theater-style or can accommodate up to 250 for a banquet. The largest banquet area is The Commons. There are also smaller meeting rooms that can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 125 people, depending on your required room set up. Don’t forget the kids! The Treehouse is the perfect room to host your child’s birthday party! It offers an indoor play area for children age 2-12 to enjoy. For those children with special needs, Champions Club offers specialized spaces to foster development, learning and fun!

Renters of our space can contract with licensed caterers for those events requiring food and beverage. Or for a more simple approach, bring in food from a local restaurant or business. Any events with food and beverage will also have full use of our kitchen.

Located in the Harbour View area of Northern Suffolk, just off Interstate 664, (exit 8A), Hub 757 is easily accessible and is in close proximity to many restaurants and retail outlets. For those that need nearby overnight accommodations, Hub 757 is within easy walking distance to two hotels.

Located on 30 acres in the historic Chuckatuck area of Suffolk, Meadowbrook was originally part of a 200-acre working dairy and livestock farm by the same name, and many of the original farm structures remain on the property today.

All guest rooms are furnished with complimentary WiFi (available throughout the property), flat-screen HDTVs with DVD players, fluffy bathrobes, and queen size beds. Guest accommodations are located on the second floor of the main house, and in an adjacent cottage. All guest rooms are furnished for single or double occupancy only.

The guest cottage features the Cottage Garden Room and the Suite Retreat was the original detached kitchen from the mid-1800s. The cooking fireplace and chimney remain intact today, although no longer operational. The original main residence was demolished and replaced by the current two story Georgian style brick home in 1948.

Meadowbrook’s spacious living room, furnished with lavish Victorian antiques provides guests with a relaxing environment for conversation, reading, or planning your daily activities. The baby grand piano is available for visiting musicians to enjoy-or the innkeeper may delight you with some classical music if requested.

Our Meadowbrook Wedding packages include:

• Exclusive use of the grounds from Friday at 3:00 pm until Sunday at noon. Your choice of locations for your tent set up and for the ceremony and reception. Come check out our 30 acres to select the perfect spot(s) for your celebration.
• Four guest rooms for two nights, accommodating up to eight adult guests. This is included in the package price!
• Ample free festival-style parking.
• Exclusive use of our common rooms including dining room, living room, game room, front porch, and last, but certainly not least, our 3000 square foot “party barn.”

Our Meadowbrook Wedding packages include a full gourmet breakfast each morning for up to eight adult B&B guests. Up to ten additional breakfast guests can be accommodated for an additional charge of $20. plus tax per person.

The Legacy at Willow Pond is a breathtaking modern French country-inspired wedding and event venue nestled in the scenic countryside of rural Suffolk, Virginia, in the Hampton Roads area. With a spacious event hall that comfortably accommodates 200 guests, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of couples, corporate events, and social gatherings. From the moment you step onto our 23 acres of picturesque grounds, you’ll be captivated by the natural charm and timeless elegance of our surroundings.

Constructed in 2011-2012, The Pavilion at the Suffolk Visitor Center is a beautiful, open-air special event venue situated between the Riddick’s Folly House Museum and the riverfront Hilton Garden Inn and Suffolk Conference Center. Equipped with built-in sound, ceiling fans, lighting and skylights, this facility provides a lovely backdrop for a wedding ceremony and/or reception.

Seating estimates: 250 Theatre-style; 120-150 Round Tables.

Available a la carte rentals include folding chairs, 6-foot tables, podium, microphone, etc.

Please note that the Pavilion at the Suffolk Visitor Center is not available for private functions on Saturdays from 9am until 4pm, April through November, due to the schedule of the Suffolk Farmers’ Market.

This former 1922 Suffolk High School has been transformed into the state-of-the-art Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts. The center has a 500-seat theater and 3,860-square-foot ballroom, executive board room, studio and art galleries that double as meeting spaces.
